The Eighteenth Annual Senior Adult Extravaganza

August 8, 2013

Each summer Union University hosts the Senior Adult Extravaganza, an event designed to provide the senior adults of West Tennessee and the Mid-South an evening of fun and fellowship. This year's program is going to be a wonderful evening as we welcome worship artist, Travis Cottrell.

For the last 15 years, Travis Cottrell has served as worship leader at LifeWay's Living Proof Live conferences with Beth Moore. He's produced several albums for Living Proof and counts his involvement with Beth's ministry as one of the greatest joys of his life.

In addition to his writing, arranging, leading and singing, Cottrell has recorded several solo projects, including Found, Ring the Bells, the Dove award-winning Jesus Saves Live and his latest album, When the Stars Burn Down. He released his first book, Surprised By Worship: Discovering the Presence of God Where You Least Expect It (Zondervan) in 2010. Cottrell serves as Worship Pastor at Englewood Baptist Church in Jackson, Tenn. He and his wife, Angela, have been married for 19 years and have three children.

Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. You may purchase tickets over the phone at 731.661.5050.
