Anatomist – Hendersonville (part-time)
Union University seeks a qualified individual for the part-time position of Anatomist for its Hendersonville campus.

This position will serve to provide nursing education in the classroom, clinical laboratory and simulation laboratory in preparing new and experienced nurses to effectively serve in the healthcare system. Duties include:
- Teach anatomical instruction and serve as mentor to Undergraduate and Graduate Nursing and Healthcare students.
- Prepare and maintain the environment for the delivery of the educational processes.
- Prepare anatomical bodies for instructional purposes.
- Serve as an educator in other areas as requested, such as simulation, to partner with other educators in strengthening the knowledge and skills of the students or practitioners involved.
- Maintain the integrity of the anatomical gifts given to Union University – Hendersonville Campus.
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master’s degree in biology or related field that supports knowledge base in anatomical understanding of the human body is required. Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated teaching experience and ability to incorporate working with high-fidelity human patient simulators and other technological advances in the teaching processes and effective Christian leadership. Preference will also be given to candidates with demonstrated experience working with cadavers.
