Coldiron to give recital April 11

JACKSON, Tenn.April 6, 2005 – Lyric baritone Jack Coldiron will present a recital Monday, April 11, at 7:30 p.m. in Union University’s Hartley Hall.

Coldiron is a native of Kingsport, Tenn., and spent 31 years as music professor at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. He currently serves as visiting professor of vocal studies at Baylor University.

The recital is free and open to the public. Hartley Hall is located in the Jennings Hall building on the west end of Union’s campus.

Union University Announcement for March 6

Due to inclement weather, all Union campuses will be closed on Friday, March 6, with all classes canceled.

The wellness center will open at 10 a.m. and close at 8 p.m., and the aquatic center will be open from 1-3 p.m.

Friday's Preview Day has been canceled.

Brewer Dining Hall will be open from 11 a.m.-5:30 p.m. on Friday. The Lex will be closed. No breakfast will be served.
