Present at the ceremony were: (left to right) Heather Tobe, chapter president in 2004-2005; Mr. Steve Baker, Director of the Library; Dr. Stephen Carls, faculty advisor to the Delta-Psi Chapter; and, Cassie Harris, the 2005-2006 chapter president.
