SEWANEE, Tenn. - 9/1/2010 - The Union (Tenn.) University men's soccer team posted a 4-0 road win at Sewanee (Tenn.). This match was the season opener for both teams.
Union newcomers provided all the offense, led by Texas native Sutton Shults with two goals. Diego Santos and Bryan Castro (Haywood HS) each added one goal.
Up next for Union will be their home opener on Friday night at 7:00 p.m. versus Emmanuel (Ga.). Union also has a home match on Saturday at 7:00 p.m. versus Delta State (Miss.). The Union women will play the same opponents prior to the men on both days.
