Before Union: Daron played softball for Huntingdon during the 2003 and 2004 seasons. She has also been vice-president of the Beta Club, a Who’s Who Among American High School Students, and Girl’s State Delegate. She has made the National Honor Roll and received the DAR Citizenship Award.
