• Before Union: Carter prepped at Dickson County High School where he was a four sport athlete. In addition to soccer, Carter ran cross country and track and played one season of football. In soccer, he was named All-District twice and once was selected as an All-Tournament player. Carter helped lead his team to the 2007-08 District Championship. He averaged over 13 goals per season in each of his four years of soccer.
