He helped lead his team to the Stonebridge Metro Conference regular season and tournament titles in 2006. Hanna was named a first team all-state performer and was the Metro Conference MVP. As a freshman he scored 33 goals and added 35 goals as a junior. He is the younger brother of former Union Bulldog soccer player, Josh.
