Leah is returning as a two-time NAIA All-American pitcher…also has proved to be a solid outfielder and hitter…last season; she went 23-2 with a 0.98 ERA…also hit .331 with 38 RBI. As a freshman and sophomore, was named first team NAIA All-American, NCCAA first team All-American, first team All-Region, and first team All-Conference…won 29 games in 2001 and ranked No. 12 in the NAIA with a 0.94 ERA. Prepped at A&M Consolidated High School in College Station, TX where she played softball and basketball… three-time All-district softball from 1998 - 2000; District MVP in 1998…three-time A&M Consolidated softball MVP from 1998 - 2000…All-Brazos Valley softball (1998,99,2000); All-District basketball (1999,2000); A&M Consolidated Basketball Defensive Player of the Year (1999,2000); All-State Academic (basketball 1999, softball 2000).
