Phi Alpha Theta Members Go to Rotary Breakfast
Mar 16, 2013 -
Four members of the Delta-Psi Chapter of Phi Alpha Theta History Honor Society attended a pancake breakfast that the Jackson Old Hickory Rotary Club sponsored on March 16, 2013, at Andrew Jackson Elementary Magnet School. The local Rotary club will use the money it raised from the annual event to help support Rotary International projects such as the eradication of polio and scholarships for undergraduate and graduate study abroad. Union’s Delta-Psi Chapter had an ad on one of the placemat sets used at the breakfast: the ad celebrated the 60th anniversary of the chapter’s founding in 1953. Phi Alpha Theta members who attended included Logan Smith, Micah Snow, Gracie Wise, and Dr. Stephen Carls. Rachel Clardy, a business administration-management major at Union and friend of Gracie, also joined the Phi Alpha Theta group for breakfast.
