Return four completed copies of the following: application form, expense form, and essay along with the original reference forms to the Institute for International and Intercultural Studies.

Application form: Please be sure to include any international travel experience on the back of form.
Expense Form
Write a one-page typed essay to include:

• Your goals for your study abroad experience
• Why you think you will be successful in this program
• How you hope to benefit from this experience

Two Reference Forms: Attach a copy of your essay to each reference form. This will help your reference know about your program of study and your goals for participating. One reference must be a UU faculty member whom you have had in class. Ask your references to return the completed forms to you in a sealed envelope.
