Student E-mail Address Lookup - via Ellucian Colleague

There are three methods for employees to look up a student's e-mail address.

1. To look up Union e-mail addresses, in portal.uu.edu, on the red UU Resources menu, select UU Contact Directories & Pictures. Students' email addresses can be found in any of the directories posted after 9/1/2012. Employee email addresses can be found in the employee directory.

2. Faculty and a select group of approved 'advisor' staff can use WedAdvisor's Student Lookup feature on the WebAdvisor Faculty information page. This allows searching by entering a student's name. This service is also available in the portal's WebAdvisor tool.

3. Staff who use Ellucian Colleague can use the NAE screen to view a student's basic information, including the student's "primary" @my.uu.edu e-mail address. This also allows searching by entering a student's name.

• Employees needing access to Colleague, as defined by their job descriptions, must complete this form and send it to the Academic Center.
• Any employee approved for Colleague use can access the system by using the Colleague UI link in the Applications section of portal.uu.edu or by going to ui.uu.edu
