JACKSON, Tenn. – Oct. 27, 2008– U.S. Sen. Bob Corker will visit the Union University campus Oct. 28 to see how the university has recovered from the Feb. 5 tornado that caused $40 million in damage and to visit with students, faculty and staff.
He will arrive at 8 a.m. for a campus tour with Union Senior Vice President for University Relations Charles Fowler. A reception will follow at 8:45 a.m. in the Carl Grant Events Center. Students, faculty and staff are welcome to attend.
