‘Hamlet’ runs through March 25

JACKSON, Tenn.March 13, 2014 – The Union University Players will present “The Tragedy of Hamlet, Prince of Denmark” by William Shakespeare March 20-25.

David Burke, professor of theatre, is directing the play.

The play begins at 7:30 p.m. March 20 in the W.D. Powell Theatre in the Penick Academic Complex. Performances will continue until March 25, with a Sunday matinee offered at 2:30 p.m.

Tickets are $3 for Union students, faculty and staff, and $7 for the general public.

Evening classes at Germantown are canceled for tonight.

The wellness center will close at 8 p.m. Wednesday, and evening swim has been canceled in the aquatic center.
