Union University will offer drama camp for kids in July

JACKSON, Tenn.June 26, 2002 – Union University’s Department of Communication Arts is offering a weeklong drama camp, Monday through Friday, July 8 – 12, from 9 a.m. until noon in Jennings Hall on the Jackson campus. The camp is for students in grades four through eight.

Taught by degreed theater professionals, class topics will include theatre terms and movement, acting and stage combat, musical theatre, costumes and makeup. A field trip will offer the chance to observe and learn technical aspects of theatre.

Union University Announcement for March 6

Due to inclement weather, all Union campuses will be closed on Friday, March 6, with all classes canceled.

The wellness center will open at 10 a.m. and close at 8 p.m., and the aquatic center will be open from 1-3 p.m.

Friday's Preview Day has been canceled.

Brewer Dining Hall will be open from 11 a.m.-5:30 p.m. on Friday. The Lex will be closed. No breakfast will be served.
