Student Minister at First Baptist Church Concord

Description:
Student Pastor position: Reports directly to the Lead Student Pastor. Responsibilities will be shared for both middle school and high school ministries, though he will be responsible primarily for MS. Weekly we see hundreds (300-400) teenagers on our campus. Multiple events a year draw 500+. Must show creativity, leadership, teaching ability, discipleship, administration; be a team player with a desire to learn; loyalty to senior pastor's vision, mission and values. Very relational. Strong communicator. Team player and builder. Loves campus ministry and partnering with parents. Will work with a student ministry staff of 10. College degree with Seminary is preferred. Minimum of 3 years' experience in similar environment to First Baptist Concord, and a proven record of leading groups and volunteers.
