Music Minister at Smyrna Baptist Church

Description:
Smyrna Baptist Church searching for a part-time Music Minister. Smyrna Baptist is a small Southern Baptist Church in Tipton County, approx. 8 miles west of Covington (County seat). Approx. 1-1/2 hrs. drive west of Jackson.

A college student would be ideal for position. They would be needed for worship services on Sunday mornings & nights, and choir practice on Wed. nights after prayer meetings. They'd also be needed for practice a couple of times a year for special events, such as Easter & Christmas programs.

In years past, we have had Music Ministers & Youth Directors who were either current students or graduates of Union.

If you can post this job opening, interested applicants need to send their resumes to:

Smyrna MUSIC P.O. Box 105 Burlison, TN 38015

"OR" email to: smyrnamusic21@yahoo.com

Smyrna has a rich heritage, having been established in a brush arbor in April 1812 at the same location where the church is today.
