Record Enrollment Reached
March 20, 2003 - The Department of Education at Union University is pleased to announce a record enrollment of over 600 students in its majors and programs in undergraduate and graduate education for the Spring Semester 2003. Dr. Tom Rosebrough, Dean of the School of Education and Human Studies, congratulated Dr. Ann Singleton, Chair of the Education Department, and the Graduate Directors, Dr. Michele Atkins (Jackson Campus), Dr. Nancy Easley (M.Ed., M.A.Ed., Germantown Campus), and Dr. Randy Shadburn (Ed.S., Ed.D., Germantown Campus) for their leadership efforts. “Our burgeoning graduate numbers this spring make the Department of Education the largest department at the university,” stated Dean Rosebrough.
