- The Ohio Society of Health-System Pharmacists Resident of the Year Award
Purpose: ?To recognize a pharmacy resident who has demonstrated exceptional skills in the area of residency practice.
Criteria?: The nominee must currently be in, or have completed a residency program within the past year.
Nomination: ?Nominations may be submitted by any member of OSHP, OSHP Board of Directors, or Local Affiliated Chapters. A letter of recommendation from a residency director or preceptor must accompany the nomination. Use of the on-line nomination form is required. Deadline for nomination is January 30th.
Selection?: OSHP’s Professional Affairs Division will select an individual from the submitted nominations and recommend to OSHP’s Board of Directors that the individual receive the award. Final approval will be made by the OSHP Board of Directors., 2011
