We need about thirty solid volunteers to help with our Holiday Gala. The Gala will be held on December 6, but we will need volunteers to help prior to and after the event. We will need help with decorations, preparation, setting up the auditorium plating food, delivering food to tables, and various other tasks. We will need help on the following dates and times: Monday, Dec. 3 1:00-5:00 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 4 1:00-5:00 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 5 1:00-5:00 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 6 5:00 p.m. until end of event Dinner will be provided, and workers will need to wear black pants or a long black skirt and white, long sleeve shirts/blouses. We will be asking our volunteers to attend a 30 minute training session prior to the event, either November 29 at 5:15 p.m., or November 30 at 1:00 p.m. Please let us know if you can't make the training so we can make accommodations for you.
