Location & Hours

• The Counseling Office is located in the Department of Student Services in the Student Union Building, Room SA49 (between Student Services & The Campus Ministry Suite).
• Regular office hours on weekdays are Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Appointments

• An appointment with Dr. Paul Deschenes can be scheduled for Mon./Wed./Fri. 8am to 4:30pm and Tues./Thurs. 8am to 12pm.
• An appointment with Tamarin Huelin can be scheduled for Tuesday 9am-5pm, Wednesday 10am-4pm and Thursday 8am-3pm
• Requests for emergency services after hours should be made to any residence complex director or Security staff who will have contact with the Director:
