We cannot bill your insurance company but we will be happy to provide a receipt that you may submit to your insurance company.

There is no office visit charge in the Health Services Clinic during regular clinic hours.

There will be a minimal charge for prescription medications, medical supplies, lab tests, tb tests, and vaccinations dispensed or administered in Health Services. A list of fees is posted in the clinic for these services.

Crutches and wheelchairs are available at the Health Clinic and are loaned out to patients on a short-term basis free of charge.

Students are financially responsible for any treatment received at off-campus medical facilities. Students who are interested in purchasing health insurance should seek out the web page for this information.

Unless you tell us otherwise, we will charge all fees to your Union student account.
