Be sure to read each gem as you proceed through the lesson modules! They'll give sparkle to your job performance!

This web lesson is divided into five sections:

You should proceed through the whole lesson, beginning with Lesson 1. Inside each lesson module, there will be navigation buttons at the bottom of each page to allow you to continue to the next page or go back to the previous page.

At the end of each lesson, there will be a short quiz to test your comprehension of the material. At this point, you will be able to go back to review before and after completing a quiz. If you are satisfied with your test results, you can continue to the next lesson.

When you have completed all lesson modules, you will have the opportunity to review a summary of each lesson before you take the final comprehensive assessment. Upon completion of the assessment, you will be instructed to print a copy and deliver it to Robin, one of your supervisors.
