Undergraduate Students

All prospective undergraduate students are required to begin the application process to Union University through the office of undergraduate admissions.

Undergraduate International Admissions

Form I-20

Once you have submitted all required application documents and been fully admitted to the university, you will be mailed your Form I-20 and can begin the F-1 visa application process. This form, your passport, financial records and proof of your ties to your home country must be presented to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in your country along with a completed Student Visa application form. *If your plans change, and you decide not to attend Union University, please return the Certificate of Eligibility (Form I-20) to the International Student Office and notify the Admissions Office of your decision. If you wish to defer your admission to a subsequent semester, indicate your decision when you contact these offices.

International Student Orientation

International Orientation is a 2 half-day program designed specifically for new international students to help ease the transition into both life in the US and study at Union. During this time, you will learn information that will enable you to access resources, guide you as you navigate your new role as student at Union, as well as introduced you to other internationals that are making the same transition. You will transition to Welcome Week and then the beginning of classes. We are excited you are coming and have planned an informative and fun two days for you!!


Graduate Students and Special Programs

International Student Supplement Application

Prospective students who are not U.S. citizens who are applying to a Union University Graduate Program or Adult Studies Program are required to complete an International Student Supplement Application for their program of interest. Declaration of Finances

Students applying with the intention of an obtaining an F-1 visa, are required to submit the Declaration of Finances along with documentation of the finances for financial support for the duration of your studies at Union University.

Union University only accepts original documents (no scans/faxes/copies) of each of these forms - including original bank statements. Please read the declaration of finances carefully and provide all documentation to ensure a speedy process. These documents do not replace, but are in addition to the admissions requirements for your discipline specific program.
