Oct 16, 2015 - Union University’s Delta-Psi chapter of Phi Alpha Theta celebrated its 2015 Best Chapter Award with a homemade pizza party at Dr. Stephen Carls’s home on October 16, 2015. Carls thanked chapter members for their many contributions to the success of Phi Alpha Theta at Union in 2014-2015, and he encouraged them to aim for another Best Chapter Award in 2016. Twenty-three people participated in the event, which included several homemade pizzas and a specially prepared lettuce salad. Three homemade desserts – a pecan pie, pumpkin cheesecake, and a French pear tarte – topped off the meal. All attendees received a small package of Halloween Peeps when they left.
