Dec 5, 2015 - Union’s Delta-Psi chapter of Phi Alpha Theta History Honor Society celebrated the end of the fall semester with a Franco-American Christmas dinner at Dr. Stephen Carls’s home on December 5, 2015. Nineteen people participated in the event, where the department honored history major Ashton Hostetler on his forthcoming graduation from Union University. Phi Alpha Theta member Allen Bradley provided a program of Christmas and Scottish songs on his shuttle pipes.
The dinner included: an avocado and smoked salmon salad to start; a main course of baked ham, asparagus, and hot curried fruit; a cheese plate with six kinds of cheese and French bread; and a Marquise au Chococat (the French version of tiramisu) and a white coconut cake for dessert.
