Apr 20, 2016 - The Delta-Psi chapter of Phi Alpha Theta sponsored its 12th Annual Franco-American Confection and Bake Sale on April 20, 2016. Several society members worked as salespersons, including Beth Adams, Hannah Conway, Lauren Geary, Emily Littleton, Kathryn Mitchell, and Olivia Winters.
Phi Alpha Theta members who contributed bake sale items were Hannah Conway, Lauren Geary, Emily Littleton, Kathryn Mitchell, Jordan Sellers, and Olivia Winters. They brought a variety of items for the sale, such as peanut butter brownies, chocolate brownies, lime bars, red velvet cake balls, and peanut butter cornflake balls. Dr. Alice-Catherine Carls also made several baked goods for the sale including cinnamon rolls, croissants, madeleine tea cakes, blueberry scones, and almond biscotti. In addition, Dr. Carls provided white and dark chocolate truffles. The society sold virtually everything it had for sale.
