Dec 2, 2016 - The Rutledge Honorary History Club sponsored a movie night for club members on December 2, 2016. The evening began with an initiation ceremony in which President Kathryn Mitchell inducted three students – Sarah Burdick, Davina Norris, and Miles Randall – into the organization. Everyone then enjoyed pizza, Coca-Cola, Sprite, and chocolate chip cookies. The evening ended with attendees watching the movie Saving Private Ryan. Sixteen people, including club faculty advisor Dr. Terry Lindley and history department chair Dr. Stephen Carls, attended the event, which was held in the conference room of the Jones Suite in Union’s Penick Academic Complex.
