Phi Alpha Theta Holds Annual Bake Sale

Mar 22, 2017 - Union University’s chapter of Phi Alpha Theta held its 13th Annual Franco-American Confection and Bake Sale on March 22, 2017. Traditional French favorites, such as dark chocolate truffles, croissants, and Madeleine tea cakes, were among the offerings as were student-baked chocolate chip cookies, brownies, red velvet cake balls, oatmeal- raisin cookies, and butter cookies with vanilla icing. The chapter sold all of the items it had for sale at the event.

Students who contributed baked goods included Beth Adams, Katherine Cheshire, Emily Littleton, Kathryn Mitchell, and Jordan Sellers. Dr. Alice-Catherine Carls made the French items for the sale as well as cinnamon rolls, almond biscotti, and blueberry scones.
