Phi Alpha Theta Sponsors 16th Annual Bake Sale

Apr 10, 2019 - Union’s Delta-Psi chapter of Phi Alpha Theta History Honor Society sponsored its 16th Annual Franco-American Confection and Bake Sale on April 10, 2019. The chapter offered a variety of items to the Union community, with everything selling out by the end of the event.

Dr. Alice-Catherine Carls, along with a community resident and chapter members Megan Ledbetter, Matthew Latham, and Addison Osborne, provided the sales items. These included blueberry scones, brownies, cherry-pistachio biscotti, chocolate chip cookies, cinnamon rolls, croissants, gluten-free dark chocolate mini-cakes, dark chocolate truffles, Madeleine tea cakes, peanut butter fudge, and peanut butter chocolate bars.

Delta-Psi members who worked the sales tables at preset times were Katie Allison, Lauren Butler, Audrey Cagle, Megan Ledbetter, Tranae Newsome, Addison Osborne, Luke Sower, and Savannah Wright.

The sale began at 8:25 a.m. near Barefoots Joe, then moved to the chapel foyer for a brief time, and ended by the Lexington Inn at 12:35 p.m.
