Sep 9, 2019 - The history department held its annual welcome reception at the home of Dr. Stephen Carls on September 9, 2019. Twenty-seven people, including students, faculty members, and spouses, participated in the event, where they engaged in informal conversations and enjoyed good food.
A variety of refreshments were provided. They consisted of Scottish shortbread, chocolate chip cookies, graham cracker delights, blue corn tortilla chips and hummus, a cheese plate, pretzel snaps, a fresh fruit plate, and chicken salad sandwiches. Iced tea and water served as the drinks.
