Mar 17, 2007 - The Delta-Psi Chapter of Phi Alpha Theta History Honor Society held its Third Annual Franco-American Bake and Confection Sale on March 16, 2007. Dr. Alice-Catherine Carls provided several French items, including homemade croissants, dark and white chocolate truffles, and Madeleine cookies, while Phi Alpha Theta members and others provided a wide range of cookies, candies, and dessert specialties. The sale, which involved customer donations, attracted considerable interest from Union faculty, staff, and students.
