May 5, 2022 - The Rutledge Honorary History Club had a movie night on May 5, 2022. Four people participated in the event, which included pizza and soft drinks. Dr. Henry Allen, the club advisor, represented the history department faculty at the event, and the students who attended were Sandra Allen, Joy Brown, and Abigail Gilbert. The group watched the 2010 movie The King’s Speech which dealt with British Prince Albert’s unexpected accession to the English throne as King George VI in 1936 and his reliance on an unconventional speech therapist to overcome a lifelong stammer.
