May 6, 2023 - Dr. Stephen Carls presented a framed copy of Tennessee Senate Joint Resolution No. 339 congratulating Union’s Delta-Psi chapter of Phi Alpha Theta History Honor Society on its 70th anniversary in 2023 to Chapter Vice President Breanna Edmiston on May 6, 2023. The joint resolution highlighted key accomplishments of the Delta-Psi chapter during its long history. Edmiston completed the ceremony by hanging the document on a Phi Alpha Theta wall in Carls’s office.
