Union Symphony Orchestra
The Union Symphony Orchestra is an auditioned instrumental ensemble consisting of string, wind, brass, and percussion instrumentalists. The ensemble exists to provide students with an educational experience performing great works of standard repertoire, as well as contemporary and commercial music works. The USO is the premiere orchestral ensemble on campus, performing multiple concerts each semester including collaborations with the Department of Music Choirs in A Union Christmas and the Annual Night of Worship in the Spring. Students who are not music majors are welcome to join this group by audition to experience musical development and personal enrichment.
