2022 Summer Seminars for Classical Teachers
Even the magister needs a magister.
Whether you work in a classical Christian school or teach your children a classical curriculum at home, you have no doubt found yourself yearning for opportunities to grow in your own understanding of ancient Greece and Rome and the master-works these civilizations produced. If so, we have good news for you.
This summer Union University is offering two non-credit faculty development seminars for classical Christian teachers. Each seminar focuses on a single core text and is led by an outstanding member of Union's faculty. Seminars meet in a face-to-face format for 5 consecutive weekday mornings on Union's campus. Afternoons are open for reading and writing, and evenings include optional co-curricular entertainment. All participants will receive library privileges and daily lunch, and participants who live outside Madison County may request free campus housing for the week. Comprehensive fee per seminar is $250.
