Campus & Community: A Day of Remembrance and Service
November 5, 2008: 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 a.m.
Union University
Campus and Community: A Day of Remembrance and Service is a day designated for the Union community to give back to the city of Jackson through acts of service. Campus and Community began after the devastating tornado of 2002 hit Union’s campus as a way for Union students, faculty and staff to show their appreciation in a tangible way. This year will not only commemorate the Sixth Annual Campus and Community day, but will also be an especially significant year of service as we reflect on this year’s storm and God’s provision for our campus. If you would like to participate in this day of service please contact Karen Taylor at ktaylor@uu.edu. Following the service projects of Campus and Community Day, join us at Barefoot's Joe for an evening of live music. Time and artist TBA!
