Lorraine M. López is an associate professor of English teaching in the M.F.A. program in Creative Writing at Vanderbilt University. She has several award-winning books including Soy la Avon Lady and Other Stories, Call Me Henri, The Gifted Gabaldón Sisters, and Homicide Survivors Picnic and Other Stories.
