Bowld Student Commons, Bowld 120

Mentor U is an after-school mentoring program that works with sixth, seventh, and eighth grade students at North Parkway Middle School. Mentors come from the five colleges in Jackson: Union University, Tennessee College of Applied Technology, Lane College, University of Memphis at Lambuth, and Jackson State Community College. The mentees meet with their mentors every other week after school for mentoring. Once a month, everyone goes to a "campus day" to visit one of the colleges in Jackson. During these campus days, students are exposed to what college is like and different career opportunities.
