Tennessee Attorney General Jonathan Skrmetti is this year's Constitution Day Speaker. His talk is entitled "The American Constitution and the Continuing Role of the States." His talk will cover the structure of the Constitution, limits on judicial and legislative authority, and the interplay between the Constitution and legislation. The event is open to the public.
