Kalos Scholarship
The Kalos Scholarship is a "last dollar" merit-based scholarship for incoming Union University freshmen majoring in such fields as English, history, languages, political science, theology and philosophy. A "last dollar" scholarship means that the Kalos Scholarship will be applied to students' university costs after all other financial aid is calculated, which will essentially cover all the recipients' tuition, fees, housing, and meals (students who entered before the Fall of 2025 the Kalos Scholarship covers tuition and fees only after all other aid is applied). All Kalos Scholarship recipients will be automatically admitted to the Honors Community.
