Careers in Biology
What can you do with a degree in biology? Historically, our science departments have done an exceptional job of preparing students for professional studies (pre-medicine, pre-pharmacy, pre-dentistry, etc.), but there are many other options for a biology student. We look forward to working with you to pursue your specific interests. Another great option is graduate school, which can prepare you for a career in research (university, government or corporate), teaching or public service. Around the biology department in White Hall, look for the posters entitled, "What can you do with a biology degree?" to find even more ideas.
