In the Film Studies program you learn about the art and craft of filmmaking in addition to the history and theory behind film. Our students focus on all aspects of the storytelling process, from screenwriting to post-production, from the history of film to the newest trends in the industry.
Students in the Film Studies program at Union University have opportunities to interact with professionals in all areas of the entertainment industry and to travel and study in the heart of the entertainment industry in the US and abroad.

- Los Angeles Film Studies Center - Film Studies students have the opportunity to study for a semester in Hollywood through the Los Angeles Film Studies Center (LAFSC). Situated in the heart of Hollywood, LAFSC gives students an immersive experience through classes, film shoots, and internships in the industry.
