Our Community

Union University College of Pharmacy resides in Jackson, TN. Jackson, known as the Hub City, is located approximately 80 miles east of Memphis and 120 miles west of Nashville on Interstate 40. Jackson is the latest city between Memphis and Nashville and services as a healthcare and manufacturing hub in West Tennessee. With a population of approximately 65,000 in the city limits and approximately 100,000 in the county, Jackson is a thriving and growing community. Jackson has small-town friendliness, but many options for dining, shopping, and recreation. Jackson was recently named the "Most Livable" Small City in America (populations of less than 100,000) by the U.S. Conference of Mayors.

Student Life

Union University College of Pharmacy pushes students both personally and professionally. We want students to gain competence in pharmacy practice by also having a rich, student-life experience. Classes and student organizations hold social and community service activities throughout the year. Pharmacy students may also participate in the Union University intramural sports system.
