Appointment Scheduling

Appointments are free of charge and available to all Union students (including graduate students). First time counseling appointments are 30 minutes. Follow-up appointments are approximately 50 minutes.

Note: Appointment times are scheduled:

  • Mondays 8–4:30 p.m.
  • Tuesdays 8–5 p.m.
  • Wednesday 8–4:30 p.m.
  • Thursday 8–5 p.m.
  • Friday 8–4:30 p.m.

Most appointments happen during business hours (from 8-4:30 p.m.). We will try to give you an appointment time you prefer, but given the number of people we are trying to accommodate, and the limited number of counseling hours available, we need to know all the times you can be available. Please provide at least 6 hours that you are available during business hours in order to receive an appointment (more options are better). You may indicate preferred times with an asterisk (*).

If you need to be seen later in the evening, we can provide some referrals off-campus for you to consider.
