Becoming a Preceptor

The Union University College of Pharmacy is always seeking motivated and innovative pharmacists who are interested in serving as Clinical Preceptors and training the next generation of pharmacists.

ACPE requires that the Office of Experiential Education maintains information about each preceptor. Interested potential preceptors should complete the initial enrollment form below. The application form requests your CV or resume be uploaded at the time of application. You can also upload your administration support letter and rotation description when completing the enrollment form or follow up with these documents at a later time. The Office of Experiential Education will review your application and reach out to request additional information needed.
