Honors Community Scholarships
The Honors Community offers three types of scholarship support to its student members:
- Service scholarships: These are available to upperclass students who apply and are selected for certain
student-leadership positions (e.g. writing tutors for Honors freshmen).
- Merit scholarships: Students who have work accepted for publication in academic journals or presentation at
scholarly conferences, or who have otherwise demonstrated extraordinary academic accomplishment, will receive Merit Scholarships.
- Need scholarships: Continuing Honors students who have significant unmet financial need despite the
University's financial aid package may be eligible for Need scholarships.
