If you are a new traditional undergraduate student and have questions concerning your first statement of account from Union, please contact your enrollment counselor at 731-661-5100 or 1.800.33 UNION.

Payment Policy

Union University Payment Policy states that payment for the entire term is expected at the beginning of each respective term. Payment may be made with cash, check, or credit/debit card. Union accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards and bank debit cards. If you choose to pay your student account by credit or debit card, there is a nonrefundable 2.5% processing fee, charged to the cardholder account by the credit card processor (Official Payments), whether the payment is made online using Portal (see below), or by telephone or in person. Alternatively, you may have funds electronically withdrawn from your bank account via Portal or by calling Union Station at 731-661-5000 and giving them the appropriate information. There will be no additional charges to you for this service.

Payment Options

  1. To pay by check - please make check payable to Union University and mail to:

    On your check, please be certain to include your student ID number (found at the top-right on your statement of account) in the "memo" or "note" section.

  2. To pay by phone with electronic check or credit/debit card - please call Union Station at 731-661-5000. For your convenience, we currently accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Also, please note that if you are paying with a credit/debit card the card carrier you are using will charge a processing fee.

  3. To pay online, use Union's portal services.

    1. All of your online service accounts are accessible 48 hours after you register for classes. (For example, if you registered June 17, your accounts are accessible June 19.)
    2. Get your student username at www.uu.edu/it/networking/usernames/
    3. You must change your initial password before using your accounts. Do this at password.uu.edu , which also provides helpful tips as well as guidelines for creating a new password. You can use your new password with all your accounts within a few minutes after it's changed.
    4. Log into portal.uu.edu.
    5. In the rightmost column of the portal homepage (the Connection column), click WebAdvisor for Students > Student Account Information > Make a Payment > then Pay on My Account

If full payment cannot be made at this time, an option of budgeting monthly payments through FACTS Management Company (http://www.factsmgt.com/) is provided. FACTS electronically drafts the appropriate bank account for payment on the 5th or 20th of each month. Please apply for FACTS online with the FACTS/Student Account office at 731.661.5071.
