The Office of Undergraduate Admissions continues to be available to meet with and serve Lambuth University students through the teach-out agreement with Union University. Qualified Lambuth students can expect to benefit from transferring to Union University under the teach out agreement in several ways:

Students desiring to participate in this agreement must apply and be accepted to Union University by June 1, 2011.
Union University representatives will be available today Wednesday, April 27, and Thursday, April 28, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on the Lambuth campus. Please check for the location each day upon arrival to the Lambuth campus.

Union University wishes to express its concern for Lambuth University students at this critical juncture in their college experience and stands ready to serve the Lambuth community. In response to a formal request from Lambuth University, pending approval from the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS), Union University officials have agreed to serve as an official teach-out institution in support of Lambuth University's efforts to cease operation in June, 2011. After being contacted by officials at Lambuth, the Executive Committee of the Union Board of Trustees authorized the Union University administration to work with Lambuth officials to provide this support to Lambuth students. While details of the agreement cannot be released until finalized by Lambuth and Union, and approved by SACS, qualified Lambuth students can expect to benefit from transferring to Union University under a teach out agreement in several ways:
Lambuth University students desiring to learn more about the pending teach-out agreement with Union University are invited to meet with Union University representatives on Monday, April 25, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in Wisdom Parlor, located on the main floor of Varnell-Jones Hall on the Lambuth campus.
