Newman Attends MSERA

Kenneth Newman, Ed.D., Professor of Educational Leadership, Jackson

December 1, 2009 - Dr. Kenneth Newman participated in the Mid-South Educational Research Association (MSERA) in Baton Rouge, LA. This organization is designed to encourage and provide educational research in elementary and secondary schools and in institutions of higher learning. Educational research is presented by doctoral candidates, as well as professors in higher ed and administrators of public and private schools. One of Union's Ed.D. graduates, Vince Thompson, made two presentations, one of which was with Dr. Steve Marvin of the Germantown Campus. (November 4-6, 2009)
